Job Description

Cambridge Village of Wilmington Optimal Living, is a Senior Living Retirement Community actively seeking a Full-Time Janitorial Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Beautification of the community including daily emptying of trash receptacles and daily grounds clean up Cleans common areas according to cleaning policies and procedures Maintains assigned cleaning schedule by following a daily task sheet
Qualifications:
Ability to manage time efficiently Works well when supervisors are not present Experience in basic cleaning and other janitorial work
Physical Demands:
May be required to sit, bend, stoop, see, talk, and hear. Lifting medium to heavy objects. May be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
