This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and understands the importance of creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our members, guests, and event clients. No two days are the same—from preparing event spaces to handling repairs and preventative maintenance, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facility operates at the highest standard. Responsibilities Perform routine building maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks. Complete general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting. Set up and break down furniture as needed for repairs Monitor HVAC, lighting, and building systems and report or address issues. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns. Maintain the exterior of the property, including walkways, landscaping touch-ups, and seasonal tasks. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and staff. Coordinate with outside contractors when necessary. Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized maintenance workspace. Qualifications Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building repairs. Ability to safely operate hand and power tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work on ladders as needed. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to support special events.
