DOE. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES

Preforms work according to standard procedure and by buildings operational standard. Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways and windows. Uses brooms, mops, and floor equipment to sweep, mop, strip and wax floors. Participate in general cleaning painting, and repair work as needed. Performs general routine plumbing repairs such as unstopping toilets and sinks, fixing small water leaks, and leaking faucets as needed. Performs general routine electric repairs such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent bulbs, and assists in repairing ballast and light fixtures as needed. Uses power equipment such as forklifts, carpet extractors, pressure washer, snow blower, power hand tools, and power tools in making minor maintenance repairs and maintaining grounds, walkways and parking areas. Perform preventative maintenance in and around facility. Completes vehicle safety checks per Company policy and operates the vehicle within safety guidelines; immediately reports any safety concerns or Company Policy violations to management. Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor. Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
