We are a premier facility solutions provider, committed to maintaining and protecting the customer's property investment to the highest possible quality standards. This requires a maintenance technician who is dependable, helpful, friendly, efficient, and takes pride in their work. We are hiring for a full-time Day Porter/Maintenance Specialist which includes cleaning duties for our Dickinson location. The shift is Monday through Friday 6 am- 3pm = 40 hours a week This position is 20% of maintenance and 80% janitorial. A Maintenance Specialis t is responsible for performing preventive and routine building facility maintenance including but not limited to: General
- maintenance person services, moving furniture, window cleaning, painting. Carpentry
- drywall, manual repairs, use hand/electric tools. Plumbing
- unclog drains, replace toilet kits, flush valves. HVAC
- replacing filters, checking belts. Floor Care
- carpet extraction, strip and wax Fleet
- Preventative and routine scheduling of maintenance for fleet.
