Primary Responsibilities:

Inspects building and overall facilities to determine repair and maintenance needs.

Performs minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. repairs and maintenance.

Performs general cleaning of facility and/or inspects cleaning contractors' work.

Performs truck wash bay maintenance and repairs as needed.

Reports abuses of facility to district management.

Performs other tasks as required by Facility Manager or district management.
