Are you detail-oriented and passionate about data analysis and process improvement? We're looking for a Maintenance Analyst to support our maintenance division by analyzing costs, tracking performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for efficiency. If you enjoy working with data and collaborating across teams, this role is for you!
What You'll Do:
Collect, analyze, and report data on equipment and component performance. Conduct cost analyses and summarize division activities. Monitor maintenance policies and recommend improvements, including cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with departments and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies. Research, compile, and track reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence. Source vendors, review bids, and manage onboarding. Test new processes and systems to improve productivity. Ensure work order pools are accurate and up to date. Travel to shop and vendor locations as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Associate's degree or 1-2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination). Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Management Studio (SQL). Familiarity with Tableau Desktop.

Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
