06/26/2026 Opening for a Building Maintenance Worker at Oyster River Cooperative School District The Oyster River Cooperative School District is seeking a full-time Maintenance Employee. Qualified candidates for this position must have experience in building maintenance. This is a full-year position, 40 hours per week. The hours are 6:00 AM-2:30PM, Monday-Friday. A full competitive benefits package, including New Hampshire Retirement Pension Plan, will be offered with this position. Two levels of medical to choose from; one plan is 100% paid, and the other is 94% paid Two levels of dental are offered as well, single dental is FREE Life insurance plan is 3x the annual salary, dependent life insurance is offered too as well as Long-Term disability 10 paid vacation days, 15 paid sick days, 14 paid holidays, and 4 personal days. This person will be responsible for, but not limited to, general maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, general carpentry, HVAC, grounds care, and project work.
