    Full-Time Maintenance Assistant Cedar Healthcare Center

Cedar Healthcare Center is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance Assistant to join our team and help maintain a comfortable, safe environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do Assist with the daily maintenance and repair of the facility and grounds Complete work orders in a timely manner Perform basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance Conduct routine preventative maintenance and safety inspections Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and equipment repairs Maintain the exterior grounds, including seasonal maintenance Ensure compliance with life safety standards and regulatory requirements Work closely with all departments to support resident care and facility operations Qualifications Previous maintenance experience preferred General knowledge of building systems and repair techniques Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks Reliable, organized, and a team player Why Join Cedar Healthcare Center?
