Job Description

Overview Join the Hampton Inn Bordentown's amazing team as a maintenance worker for our beautiful operation. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance in 72-guest rooms and outlets. Skillset traits include electrical, mechanical and painting as well as basic plumbing capabilities. This energetic role offers the opportunity to apply your technical skills, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to a safe, efficient environment. Your expertise will help keep our operations running seamlessly while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance, electrical systems, and building using your technical skill set. Painting projects Caulking projects Dryer Vent / Coil Cleaning Light Bulb replacements Electrical items Troubleshoot and repair electrical components using tools. Utilize Hilton branded document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future tasks. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects while ensuring safety standards are upheld. Collaborate with the General Manager and ownership to improve maintenance procedures, reduce downtime, and enhance overall condition. Responsible to assist with landscaping and snow removal. On-call for all emergencies including inclement weather. Willing to be adaptable to directives.

Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality maintenance. Electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical circuits. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.

From $19.00 per hour
