LOCAL & RELIABLE MAINTENANCE/HANDYMAN NEEDED

Our apartment complex located in Dover, NJ is seeking an experienced, dependable Groundskeeper/Maintenance Person for immediate hire . The ideal candidate will help with the daily care and upkeep of the property, including general grounds maintenance, light repairs, and emergency tasks as needed. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping and seasonal snow removal Complete general exterior maintenance and light repairs Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs, if needed Operate and properly maintain hand tools and maintenance equipment Assist with daily property upkeep and assigned maintenance tasks Respond to emergency maintenance needs when required Perform other duties as assigned Report directly to the on-site Building Superintendent Qualifications Previous maintenance/handyman experience is a plus Reliable, hardworking, and dependable Able to bend, climb, lift, and perform physical maintenance duties Comfortable using basic hand tools and equipment Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Immediate opening — local candidates preferred.
