Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance tasks across residential facility, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. Perform welding and mechanical repairs using schematics and technical diagrams to restore equipment functionality. Conduct electrical inspections using tools such as ohmmeters; identify issues and implement corrective actions. Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as painting, cleaning, and minor renovations to uphold building standards. Supervise or coordinate with contractors or team members during specific projects or repairs when required. Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure environment for everyone involved. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in facilities maintenance. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical wiring plans. Hands-on experience with electrical systems, welding techniques, and the use of diagnostic tools like ohmmeters. Knowledge of residential painting techniques for aesthetic improvements or minor repairs. Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in maintenance or facilities roles. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external vendors. Ability to interpret schematics accurately and apply mechanical or electrical troubleshooting methods confidently. Fluency in English for clear communication within diverse teams and documentation purposes.
