Maintenance Worker Newark, NJ Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Carpentry Masonry Equipment installation Equipment malfunction troubleshooting Mid-level Groundskeeping High school diploma or GED Driver's License Plumbing Equipment maintenance 1 year Repair estimation Window installation Facilities maintenance Door installation Full Job Description YCS is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external infrastructure of the buildings. Not to be limited to; installing, troubleshooting, repair and maintaining facility equipment according to local and fire and safety facility requirements. Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work replacing windows, ordering parts supplies and securing township permits as needed. Hang doors/doorframes, window equipment from suppliers and provide estimates and repair cost. This position also includes incidental seasonal tasks such as: minor shoveling, raking leaves, etc.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license High School Diploma/Equivalent (GED) 1-5 years of maintenance/building work experience
