Job Description
The hotel maintenance worker is responsible for keeping the hotel's equipment, facilities and grounds in good working condition. Duties will include but are not limited to the following responsibilities: Repairing and maintaining minor plumbing, electrical and HVAC issues. Routine task such as painting, renovations and janitorial work. Pool sanitation and safety maintenance checks. Respond to service calls from front desk and housekeeping in a timely manner. Ability to work independently and in a timely manner.
