Position Overview:
Under the direction of the Property Manager, oversees the basic maintenance, grounds keeping and cleanliness of the 567 Morris Avenue building and identified sites. Individual should be self-motived and be able to work independently to complete all orders as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
Create and maintain a wellness and recovery-oriented environment by using respectful, person-first language, documentation, and interactions.

Maintain a culture of compliance with internal and external policies, regulations, laws and high ethical standards.
Program Operations:
Light carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, able to work on ladders change light bulbs.
Change ceiling tilesPaint sheetrock and spacklingAssists in any snow removal and salting as neededStrip and wax floorsSteam cleaning carpets as needed or willing to learnFill out paper work in a timely mannerHelp with any cleaning as neededInspect all condos every three months and submit all paper work on time.
Help Maintain all Bridgeway property's and leased property's as directed. Bring any needed repairs to the attention of the property Manager.
Management of the

Maintains supplies inventory o Maintains equipment and vehicles to maximize safety and longevityPerforms other duties as required

Familiarizes self with the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures which may include some familiarity of other departments within the agency

High School Diploma or EquivalentMaintenance & cleaning experience a plus.
Experience:
Grounds Keeping and general maintenance service experience preferred
Drivers License, Vehicle:
