This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining kitchen equipment, dining areas, building systems, and exterior spaces to support smooth daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on restaurant equipment, fixtures, plumbing, lighting, and building systems. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, storage spaces, dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior areas. Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues as needed. Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety, sanitation, and operational standards. Assist with preventive maintenance on kitchen appliances and restaurant equipment to minimize downtime. Complete outdoor maintenance including parking lot upkeep, trash removal, pressure washing, and seasonal property care. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management and staff. Support emergency repairs and maintain a safe environment for employees and guests. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and experience using hand and power tools. General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building maintenance preferred. Ability to troubleshoot equipment and facility issues efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Previous maintenance, janitorial, restaurant, or facility experience preferred but not required.
