Job Description
Overview The Operations Staff will perform a multitude of tasks to include event preparation, event presentations, move-ins, move-outs, and general day-to-day maintenance or needs. Depending on event schedules, hours of work may be long and varied. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00.

Setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, other event seating, stages, dirt, shavings, etc. Assists in conversion duties as assigned. Maintain a safe work environment. Respond to tenants and customers as needed in a professional manner. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all building property and grounds. Follow instructions. Work as a team and be able to work independently while completing tasks. Actively care for all complex equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of property. Maintain organized storage areas. May be asked to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, and floor scrubbers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work days, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Knowledge of general maintenance and the ability to learn new skills. Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Be comfortable working with the public and have strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and to meet deadlines. Ability to climb stairs and lift heavy objects.
