Maintenance

Maintenance is responsible for ensuring the assisted-living community is safe, functional for residence staff and visitors. The role supports a comfortable living environment by performing and upkeep of the facility while being mindful of residence, safety, comfort, and dignity. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail, oriented, and able to work independently while respectfully with elderly and staff Roll responsibilities

• perform routine, maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing lighting doors, and appliances
• conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify safety hazards or any other maintenance needs
• respond promptly to maintenance request an emergency repair situations
• maintain resident rooms, common and yard is clean and safe conditions
• assist with any repairs to residence rooms, including painting, and set up for new residence
• equipment, and maintenance logs in organized safe
• be very caring and professional when working in resident living spaces
• support a team oriented environment, and communicate effectively with management and staff
