Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Custodian to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout our manufacturing facility, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility. Ensure all work areas, restrooms, and common spaces are clean and well-maintained. Assist with minor repairs and maintenance as needed. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Support the manufacturing team by maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Qualifications Previous experience in a custodian or maintenance role preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Good communication skills. Willingness to perform physical tasks and work in a manufacturing environment.
