Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring their Commercial Property Management Portfolio is kept up as needed. This role requires a strong understanding of various maintenance practices, including light electrical, painting, plumbing and other general handyman tasks. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties Conduct regular inspections and preventive tasks Complete upkeep and portering on common areas Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, light unit turns, painting, and other general handyman tasks. Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed in compliance with company standards. Skills Proficient in English for effective communication within the team. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
