Job Description:

We are looking for a seasonal part-time maintenance helper with potential for Full-Time advancement. ```Duties```

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
• Being physically capable of lifting occasional 80 lbs.
• Must have valid NYS drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work on ladders.
• Must be able to take on-call service for emergencies one week a month. which include, opening and closing of on-site swimming pool.
• Repairing and maintaining buildings and grounds
• Troubleshooting and resolving electrical and plumbing issues
• Conducting general facilities maintenance
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities ```Skills```
• Customer service-oriented mindset to effectively communicate with internal shareholders and tenants to address their needs.
• Proficient in facilities maintenance practices and procedures
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluent with verbal and written communication skills in English Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
