Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Worker to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of swimming pools. In this role, you will perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to keep pools in optimal condition for users. Your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for all pool visitors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors and develop your expertise in pool care and equipment maintenance. Knowledge of pool Opening and closings are also a plus's and knowledge of liners and plumbing Responsibilities Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces to maintain water clarity and hygiene Monitor water chemistry levels and perform chemical balancing to ensure safe swimming conditions Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and circulation systems for proper operation Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on pool equipment using hand tools and power tools Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, chemical treatments, and equipment inspections Identify potential mechanical issues early and coordinate repairs with service technicians when necessary Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to prevent accidents or injuries Experience Prior experience in pool maintenance, service technician roles, or related fields is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and chemical handling procedures Experience using hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance Knowledge of safety standards related to pool operations and chemical use Ability to work independently with attention to detail in outdoor environments Join our team as a Pool Maintenance Worker if you're passionate about maintaining safe, clean pools while honing your technical skills.
