Cleaning and Maintenance Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including landscaping, equipment repair, lawn care, snow plowing, and general building upkeep. Your efforts will help create a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment that supports our community's needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills and hands-on expertise in a dynamic setting. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and planting to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Operate hand tools and power tools for building repairs. Manage seasonal tasks such as snow plowing and de-icing to ensure safety during winter months. Proven experience with mechanical knowledge related to building maintenance equipment. Background in construction is a plus. Ability to perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs proactively. Strong work ethic with the flexibility to handle diverse outdoor and indoor tasks efficiently.

Pay:

$23.72 - $28.56 per hour
