Superintendent Apartment Onsite

We are now hiring for an Superintendent to add to our amazing team.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to oversee all maintenance operations for a small apartment community. This is a one-person maintenance position responsible for handling resident work orders, unit turns, janitorial duties, and overall property maintenance with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests, completing repairs efficiently and to company standards Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-ready) Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property Perform a variety of repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and appliance maintenance Handle painting, cleaning, and general unit preparation as needed Keep tools and equipment organized and in good working condition; request replacements when necessary Assist with inventory and supplies Participate in a rotating on-call schedule Support additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall Bilingual (required) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service skills Reliable transportation Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience
