Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, and gardening to maintain attractive outdoor spaces Utilize hand tools and power tools for repairs, installations, and routine maintenance tasks across the facility Operate equipment including excavators and snow plows to manage construction projects or seasonal weather challenges Conduct irrigation system checks and repairs to ensure optimal watering of landscaped areas Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls through regular inspections and repairs Assist with tree care activities such as pruning and planting to promote healthy growth and safety Support seasonal tasks including snow plowing and debris removal to keep the premises safe and accessible during winter months Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, tree care, and gardening techniques Ability to operate construction machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus Knowledge of horticulture principles and irrigation systems is desirable Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges Prior experience in landscaping, hardscape installation, or general facility maintenance is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make an immediate impact!
