Luxury rental building seeks full-time Handyman . The right candidate will have a minimum of three years experience in maintaining a luxury rental building. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance professional to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to maintenance duties, such as plumbing, electric and wall repairs. In and around apartments. This role requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently. Duties:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe environment for our residents and visitors.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, including the repair and replacement of equipment, fixtures, and appliances.
• Maintain the building and provide assistance during snow and other necessary building related maintenance and activities.
• Proficient Use a tools and equipment.
• Perform residential painting tasks as required, including preparation, painting, and cleanup Of apartments for turnover and preparation.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have experience with apartment maintenance and repairs,such as changing light fixtures, repairing toilet. repairing faucets. Changing shower body cartridges. General building repairs.
• Experience with residential apartment painting, tiling and repairs .
