About the
Maintenance Assistant Role:
As a Maintenance Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include: Performing routine maintenance tasks Conducting minor repairs and performing preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery Assisting in the preparation of areas for special events and activities Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service Responding to maintenance requests and prioritizing tasks as needed
Maintenance Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in a healthcare or maintenance setting preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work varied shifts and flexible scheduling as needed
