We're looking for hardworking, reliable individuals who enjoy outdoor work and take pride in making a difference in their hometown. These seasonal positions offer a supportive team environment and potential opportunities to transition into other roles within the City.

• $14.50 per hour

• Job Type:

• Full-time, Temporary (Seasonal, typically ending in November)

• Hours:

• 40 hours per week

• Location:

• Ashland, OH 44805 (In-person only)

• Schedule:

• 7:00 AM
• 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday (some weekends and special events as needed)

• What You'll Do:

• Mow lawns, trim bushes, and perform weed eating to maintain grass and landscaped areas
• Assist with landscaping projects and general park upkeep
• Maintain ballparks, including cleanup and trash removal
• Help ensure our parks are safe, attractive, and enjoyable for families and residents

• Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older (due to equipment safety)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• 1 year of landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance experience (preferred, but not required—we provide training!)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual labor tasks
