Maintenance Associate:

High School Diploma or GED. Experience with major building systems maintenance. Knowledge of safety regulations pertaining to building and life safety codes. HVAC certification preferred Demonstrated or capable of learning electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills. Understands and communicates job-related information and directions.
