Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.Manage Unit Turns:
Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.Handle Emergencies:
Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.Maintain High Standards:

Maintain any required certifications for the role.What We're Looking For Experience:
At least 1 year of maintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.Dependability:
