MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

PART TIME SCHEDULE AVAILABLE - RETIREES WELCOME

This position offers a part time schedule, but may occasionally require evening or weekend work. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assists with grounds maintenance, community and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Receive and follow maintenance instructions from supervisor. Routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, etc. Replace light bulbs, fluorescent lights, call lights, etc.
