  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our equipment, machinery, and facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and fabrication principles.   • Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical and mechanical repairs, as well as fabricating and welding as needed
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment, machinery, and facilities
  • Read and interpret schematics and technical documents to understand and repair complex systems
  • Work with logic controllers and other electronic components to ensure seamless operation
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and keeping the work area clean and organized
  • Track maintenance activities and manage work orders
  • Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and supervisors to ensure effective maintenance and repair processes
  • Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance and training to ensure they are equipped to perform tasks safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations Transport residents to appointments as needed.

  • Skills
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
  • Proficiency in welding and fabrication
  • Experience with CMMS systems
  • Familiarity with schematics and technical documents
  • Knowledge of logic controllers and electronic components
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to supervise and train junior technicians
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, bending, and other physically demanding tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or degree in a related field preferred.
Drivers License required.
