Maintenance Worker

Epic is looking for a

FULL TIME

Maintenance Worker. Summary of Position The Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintenance and repair activities on our buildings and equipment. This includes general electrical, plumbing, HVAC, light carpentry, painting, and appliances. The Maintenance Worker assists with company vehicle upkeep. The Maintenance Worker obtains outside suggestions and bids on projects when they exceed their personal abilities. The Maintenance Worker will be accountable for input on, and adherence to, policies and procedures related to the care and use of Agency property and equipment. The Maintenance Worker will partner with our Director of Finance to ensure we comply with Local, State, and Federal rules and regulations. The Maintenance Worker helps us deliver on our commitment to providing safe, comfortable, and dignified spaces to live and work. The ideal candidate for this position will have many of the skills we are looking for, but does not need to have mastered every area. We will coach a candidate who is motivated to learn and grow with us.

Work Schedule Hours vary:

12p-7p and Every Other Weekend. The Maintenance Worker is provided a cell phone and has on-call status during non-work hours; however, after hours calls are infrequent.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalency Valid Ohio driver's license, responsible driving record and proof of vehicle insurance required Acceptable background check Strong interpersonal and communication skills
