Tipp City Exempted Vilage Schools Tipp City Schools is now accepting applications for a full-time, Maintenance/Custodial Worker . We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in keeping our school facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained for students, staff, and the community. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: General cleaning and sanitizing of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas Routine maintenance and repairs Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and waxing) Securing the building at the end of shift Snow/ice removal as needed Supporting building events and responding to custodial needs as they arise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior custodial or maintenance experience preferred Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic and reliability Successful completion of BCI/FBI background checks
