In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your energetic approach will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, assist with general labor duties, and support ongoing facility improvements. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and supervisory skills in a fast-paced setting dedicated to excellence. Duties Conduct routine maintenance in homes or office daily. General labor such as moving boxs setting up tables and chairs in the hall Perform residential painting, and other hands-on repair tasks to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency. Operate tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues accurately. If the issue is too much we will call a Electrition . Assist with facilities maintenance activities including plumbing, carpentry, HVAC repairs, and general cleaning or labor tasks. Support manufacturing operations by ensuring equipment is functioning optimally and assisting with setup or adjustments as needed. Use "Maintenance X" to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule preventive maintenance. Work independently, supervise or assist with on projects or daily and report back to your supervisor daily on progress . Requirements Valid drivers licence and current car insurance to drive company vehicle. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions.. Some electrical experience complemented by familiarity with tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting a plus. Painting, drywall patching and calking Plumbing, fixing leaks, unclogging drains. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices across manufacturing or residential settings. Prior maintenance or labor role is necessary. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate tasks and ensure safety compliance.
