Your handyman skills will help keep our properties and equipment operating smoothly, landscapes vibrant, and remodeling projects on track. This role combines hands-on maintenance, remodeling projects, and landscaping duties to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities Conduct landscaping tasks such as mowing, mulching, planting, trimming, irrigation system management, and seasonal clean-up to maintain attractive outdoor spaces. Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor spaces pristine. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for planting, weeding, and other landscaping tasks. Assist in installing hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Assist in remodeling projects including painting, carpentry, drywall, roofing, siding, and flooring updates. Operate power tools for building repairs, updates, and maintenance. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and tools. Experience with lawn care techniques including mowing, trimming, Edging, and mulching. General knowledge in facilities maintenance and remodeling projects. Experience with tools needed to perform facilities maintenance and remodeling. Requirements Must know how to effectively use a zero turn mower and a string trimmer Must know how to effectively operate landscaping tools and power tools for building maintenance and updates Must be available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 A.M. through 6:00 P.M.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
