We have been serving Tulsa-area homeowners since 1985, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, providing great customer service, and helping customers keep their heating and cooling systems running safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, performing routine HVAC maintenance, identifying system concerns, and helping homeowners understand the value of properly maintaining their comfort system. Responsibilities Perform residential HVAC maintenance on air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment. Inspect, clean, and test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation. Identify potential repair needs and communicate findings clearly to the customer. Complete maintenance checklists, service notes, and basic system evaluations. Replace filters, clean coils, check electrical components, test refrigerant pressures, inspect drain systems, and verify safe system operation. Provide professional recommendations when repairs or upgrades are needed. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and represent Air Assurance professionally in customers' homes. Qualifications Valid Drivers License Previous HVAC maintenance or service experience preferred. Basic understanding of residential heating and cooling systems. EPA certification preferred, but not required depending on experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and follow company procedures. Must be dependable, professional, and willing to learn. 1-2 years prior experience OR HVAC trade school graduate.
