In this role, you will support the overall upkeep and safety of our facility by assisting with routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Maintenance Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks throughout the facility Perform routine inspections of equipment, systems, and building areas to identify and address potential issues Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Help ensure the facility remains compliant with local, state, and federal safety and health regulations Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and storage areas Assist with setting up for events or moving furniture and equipment as needed Work collaboratively with other team members to promote a positive and safe environment
Maintenance Assistant Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities support role preferred Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and general repair techniques Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Why Join Us?
