Job Description

Small long term care facility currently undergoing remodel. Immediately hiring for a maintenance assistant to handle specific remodel assignments along with other facility daily needs. Self-starter, ability to follow instruction, do minor plumbing, simple electrical repair, tile repair, maintain facility grounds, painting, etc

REQUIRED

. Knowledge of state and federal maintenance regulations to maintain survey compliance helpful, with good communication skills. Every other week-end on call schedule. Must be able to pass a back check prior to employment according to state regulatory guidelines. Serious inquiries only.
