ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

•The statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. They are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required by all incumbents.__ Performs general maintenance and repair work, including mechanical plumbing, sink and toilet repairs, drinking fountains, and minor electrical repairs. Performs other maintenance repairs such as, replacing light bulbs, removing trash, from parking lot, and walkways, setting up the auditoriums for meeting, cleaning and rearranging the conference rooms after meetings, performing minor repairs on office equipment, and so forth. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on irrigation systems such as, adjusting times for watering, changing out broken sprinkler heads, replacing sprinkler valves and so forth. Uses tools such as, hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, etc. Operates motor vehicles in order to perform cleaning duties at various buildings and when filling bank motor pool vehicles with gasoline. Performs other related duties as assigned. SKILLS•Repairing Troubleshooting Equipment Selection The ability to lift and carry moderately heavy packages. Must have a valid drivers license. •
