Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to provide support across all areas of our Harley-Davidson dealership. This is a versatile position for someone with a mechanical or technical background—or someone eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist Service, Parts, Sales, and other departments as needed General cleanup, organization, and dealership maintenance Assist with small repairs and facility projects Motorcycle movement, staging, and preparation Wholesale inventory, shipping, receiving, and organization Assist with one-off projects and day-to-day dealership needs Operate basic hand and power tools safely Take initiative to identify and complete tasks that need to be done Ideal Candidate Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn Mechanically inclined or technically minded Comfortable working with their hands Able to work independently and as part of a team Previous motorcycle, automotive, mechanical, maintenance, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the dealership business, develop technical skills, and become a valuable resource across multiple departments.
