This role involves ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, including landscape maintenance, course mowing, irrigation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to landscaping and maintenance. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging course, bunkers, tee boxes. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of gardens and course. Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks. Assist in planting, cultivating, and caring for garden beds and flower displays. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tools and equipment used in maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently. Skills Experience in landscape maintenance, including knowledge of lawn care practices. Proficiency in groundskeeping techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces. Ability to irrigate effectively, ensuring optimal course health. Familiarity with using hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and pruners. Competence in operating power tools safely for various maintenance tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Good physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
