Key Responsibilities Cleaning & Environmental Upkeep Clean resident apartments, common areas, bathrooms, patios, and office spaces. Dust, vacuum, and remove trash daily in all assigned areas. Clean and wax kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room floors on scheduled cycles. Maintain sidewalks, entryways, courtyards, patios, and community exterior areas. Remove debris from community grounds and maintain courtyard furnishings. Repairs & Preventive Maintenance Assist with drywall repairs, touch-up painting, and other light carpentry tasks. Perform basic plumbing repairs and bathroom fixture maintenance. Clean and replace light fixtures and bulbs throughout the community. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of cleaning supplies, maintenance tools, and safe equipment handling. Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds routinely. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Flexibility to perform multiple tasks and manage competing priorities. Ability to respond calmly and professionally in emergency situations. Prior experience in building maintenance or custodial work. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and chemical handling protocols.
