Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair issues. Oversee facilities maintenance projects, including painting and small-scale renovations, ensuring quality standards are met Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities. Landscaping and grounds maintenance Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance Strong mechanical knowledge Electrical experience preferred Skilled in basic carpentry or painting tasks. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members and guests

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
