Responsibility areas include janitorial, general facility repair, groundskeeping, assembly, and special projects that depend upon the employee's particular advanced skills. This position differs from our Maintenance I position in that it requires additional skills, communication, reliability, experience, and leadership.

Starting Hourly Pay:

$22.00/hr - $24.00/hr DOE Duties may include but are not limited to the following: Operate a variety of equipment to perform cleaning and maintenance duties Groundskeeping duties such as watering, mowing, raking, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, planting, etc. Operate tractors, chippers, sprayers, etc. Assemble and configure cubicles and furniture Painting, repairing dry wall, and use of basic tools (drills, hammers, etc.) Skill based repair, maintenance, and build projects

Required:

Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Ability to perform assigned tasks independently by following oral and written instructions Problem solving Verbal and listening communication skills Time management Ability to work independently or in a group Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment Ability to read and understand labels and instructions Valid Oregon driver's license Helpful Skilled Work Experience (one or more required, not all): HVAC Auto Mechanic Welding Janitorial Landscaping and groundskeeping Irrigation system use and maintenance

Drywall Painting Working Conditions:

Work will generally be performed in an office environment or outdoors Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stand/walk for long periods of time Engage in repetitive work motions such as gripping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and mopping Frequent use of hands and arms and may require reaching above shoulders and head, climbing ladders, and cleaning surfaces at a variety of heights and angles Frequently required to lift equipment and/or materials up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs Benefits include very good medical and dental insurance, 401k with match, life insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (vacation or sick time).
