The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing routine maintenance and repairs. This role is essential in maintaining a safe and functional environment for all employees and visitors. Duties Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities. Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures. Experience Proven experience in marinas and maintenance roles or similar positions is preferred. Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools commonly used in maintenance tasks. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide timely solutions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and management effectively. Pay:
$4,018.66 - $4,884.71 per month
