Description Position Type:
Part-Time Seasonal (April-December) Pioneer Tunnel Coal Mine & Steam Train is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team. This position helps keep our historic attraction, grounds, buildings, and equipment clean, safe, and operating smoothly for visitors throughout the season.
Responsibilities:
General groundskeeping, including trimming, weeding, and landscaping Cleaning and maintaining buildings, visitor areas, and restrooms Performing minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks Assisting with painting and upkeep projects Helping maintain tour areas, train facilities, and park grounds Assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed Other maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be dependable, punctual, and motivated Some lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required Experience with lawn equipment, tools, or maintenance work is preferred but not required Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Schedule:
Part-time seasonal position Weekday and weekend hours Flexible scheduling may be available
