Description We are looking for a reliable, skilled maintenance worker to perform various interior/exterior duties required to maintain apartment buildings and their grounds in Clarion, PA In this position, you will have the following responsibilities: Clean and maintain the interior of the building, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.
Perform minor repairs, ex. Leaky faucet/toilets, flooring, painting, bulbs
Maintain grounds, landscaping, mowing, etc.
Snow Removal of Sidewalks Requirements and qualifications of the position are: High school diploma or equivalent
Janitorial, misc. maintenance, lawn care experience
Experience working with basic tools, lawn care, snow removal equipment
Part-time
18 hours per week
Earned PTO
