A minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma. Must be knowledgeable of maintenance practices and procedures in nursing care facilities Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility Preferred Experience using a Zero Turn Lawn Mower Preferred Experience Snow Plowing/Snow Blowing Preferred Experience with Electrical, Plumbing, and Plant Maintenance Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
