COMPENSATION
$23.00 p/hour
HOURS:
6:30 am - 3:00 pm
DESCRIPTION
Building Utility Person's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Perform custodial work such as collecting trash, vacuuming, mopping, etc. Perform building maintenance such as light carpentry, painting, electrical, ventilation and equipment repairs. Perform ground maintenance including mowing grass, weeding, trimming, raking and preparing/lining athletic fields. Building security and related tasks. Ability to cover for the building in the absence of the Head Custodian. All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
A working knowledge and understanding of commercial building maintenance and custodial duties as listed above. Ability to work well with others and function as a team player.
