Maintenance Worker 3

St. Joseph's Center is looking for a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team! The Maintenance Worker will play an important role in keeping our facilities safe and well-maintained to support our residents and staff. This position offers an opportunity to make a difference by supporting an organization dedicated to serving others. This position is full time 1st shift position. Occasionally employee may be asked to cover a 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shift. What You'll Do Perform general maintenance and custodial duties across buildings and grounds Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations quickly and efficiently Use and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles safely and properly Identify and report repair needs or safety concerns Assist with skilled work such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs Help maintain building security, including checks of doors, windows, and grounds Support cleanliness by handling trash removal and supply deliveries Assist with boilers, generators, and other facility systems as needed Work with outside vendors and help order supplies when needed Attend trainings and work as part of a respectful, team-focused environment
